Marketing makes magic!!
Think, Research, Analyze, Strategize, Execute, Repeat
A holistic approach to Marketing
Think out of the box!! You can always try to reinvent the wheel, but the reality is that there is nothing new out there. Therefore most successful marketing companies only changed the approach and presentation to the same action. So if you want to have a booming marketing campaign, you have to think of something "new", revamp your action by changing your approach and present it fresh and trendy.
Research shows the average attention span of an adult is about six to eight seconds. So that’s all the time you have to grab someone’s attention. If you successfully engage them, then you only have a little over a minute to really sell them on your product or service. So invest the time to craft a killer elevator pitch, because your return on investment will pay huge dividends in terms of creating business opportunities.
You don’t have to think big when you Analyze your target market. Rather think locally now! What’s going on in your community? While you get to know your ideal customer, think about how and where they spend their time. Search for opportunities to present your marketing message to your customer. What is currently the popular market trends for your industry?
Then work out a properly planned Strategy. The worst you can do to damage your business' brand is when you pitch a half baked campaign. Do it right the first time by planning it. If you don't know how, get someone to do it for you.
Execute your strategy to the "T". I’m a huge fan of networking. I don’t think there is any better way to build a business than to get out there, shake some hands, and get to know people. Networking requires a time commitment and it doesn’t provide instant gratification, but a strong network is one of the greatest assets any business person can have. By collaborating with each other, you can expand your customer base because you’ll be reaching new people. There are many organizations looking for qualified, subject-matter experts who can present to their groups. Take a deep breath and volunteer. You don’t have to be a pro to do a speech, as long as the information you share is helpful to the audience. Remember that it positions you as a credible authority in your field.
Repeat, repeat, repeat!!! You should be marketing all the time — wherever you are. Continue to iterate and work towards the most effective strategies by trying new methods of content creation, conversational dialogue and organic outreach. Your strategy will go stale if you don’t continuously work to improve it and stay one step ahead of the curve. Start to identify what makes your content go viral or how you’ve drove conversions to your website. Add a feedback loop to identify where your new users/customers are coming from. Also, make sure to always stay active on Google Analytics so that you understand the customer funnel. Social marketing never sleeps! Don’t think that a strong campaign today will translate into better results tomorrow. You have to always be networking, learning, and adapting to new techniques.
